  something to rely on to get home:
















Lately i've been looking through photos of rooms. Trying to picture myself decorating and how and what i would do to make i dunno, 24 sg feet of hard wood floor (i like wood flooring, though, not like in my house in cheras where it's small and comes off as you walk, and bites you in the process type wood, but long panels) a home. Just a few of the things I found and liked:

• i like white sheets; white bedspreads, white pillowcases, springy, fluffy, not so fussy about the bed uh, chassis (?) or headboard, as long as the bed itself is something that i can just fall into when i get home after a hard day, among other things... :P
• shelves and shelves of things, mostly books, but pretty things
• chandeliers; chandeliers in living rooms; chandeliers in bedrooms; chandeliers in (especially, but only if it works together) bathrooms
• garfield phone. No explanation needed
• conteng-conteng on walls (though I don't think Muddin will be much into that, unless it's messyness-free and visually pleasing) Remember my mural ambitions am? :P
• paintings, art, on the floor next to little tables
• obviously, the pet cat
• wide open spaces, good lighting (preferably natural light for day, soft lighting for nights), no dust
• curtains; big ones, envelopes-rooms-in-darkness-type curtains. though, i've yet to find very good examples of curtains.
• guest rooms; consisting two single bed, all white sheets.
• brick walls painted white, is such a sweet effect. though, dunno if it goes very well with wood floors
